After months of teasing, Frank Iero has released his new band's first single. On Thursday (March 21), the former My Chemical Romance guitarist shared "Young and Doomed" with his band Frank Iero and The Future Violents. The high-energy track will be featured on the bands upcoming album, Barriers, which is slated for a May 31 release.
At one point in the song, Iero sings "and I promise I'm not okay… oh wait, that was the other guy," which fans think is a nod to MCR's 2004 hit "I'm Not Okay (I Promise."
