Justin Bieber is once again opening up about his mental health. The 25-year-old pop star shared a candid selfie from a recent therapy session on his Instagram Story, writing "it's cool to have a healthy mind and healthy emotions." This isn't the first time Justin has spoken out about his struggle with depression, either. He's remained open with his fans about his journey, spreading a positive message about taking care of yourself and getting the help you need.
Back in March, Justin took to Instagram to share a lengthy message to keep his fans updated on his health. "Been struggling a lot. Just feeling super disconnected and weird," he wrote. "I always bounce back so I’m not worried...just wanted to reach out and ask for your guys to pray for me. God is faithful and ur prayers really work thanks..the most human season I’ve ever been in facing my stuff head on."
A few weeks later, the 'Sorry' singer followed up with another message, explaining why he needs a break from his music career. "I’ve toured my whole teenage life, and early 20s, I realized and as you guys probably saw I was unhappy last tour and I don’t deserve that and you don’t deserve that, you pay money to come and have a lively energetic fun light concert and I was unable emotionally to give you that near the end of the tour," Justin shared on Instagram.
"I am now very focused on repairing some of the deep rooted issues that I have as most of us have, so that I don’t fall apart, so that I can sustain my marriage and be the father I want to be. Music is very important to me but Nothing comes before my family and my health," he continued.
It's great to see Justin being so open and positive about therapy and taking care of yourself.
