Tonight is the night -- the 2019 Billboard Music Awards are finally here! The evening, hosted by Kelly Clarkson, will feature performances from Taylor Swift and Brendon Urie, the Jonas Brothers, Paula Abdul, and Dan + Shay to name a few. Cardi B is nominated for 21 awards! There are bound to be surprise guests and collaborations, and it all goes down at 8pm ET on NBC. However, before the stars get situated in their seats at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, they strut their stuff down the red carpet.
