Miley Cyrus is here!
On Friday (May 31), the singer officially released her highly-anticipated project, She Is Coming, an extended play consisting of a mix of both pop and hip-hop-infused tracks. The album, out now from RCA Records, arrives after weeks of teasing with eccentric ASMR videos and song snippets — and, by the sounds of it, She Is Coming was well worth the wait.
Cyrus's latest effort includes a slew of features from rappers Ghostface Killah for "D.R.E.A.M.", Swae Lee and Mike Will Made-It for "Party Up the Street," and appearances by drag icon RuPaul for "Cattitude." While all noteworthy bangers in their own right, the 26-year-old soars solo on the freaky anthem "Mother's Daughter," and slowed-down jams "The Most" and "Unholy." With just six records, She Is Coming signals a confident, edgier side of Cyrus we haven't seen since her Bangerz and Can't Be Tamed eras — and oh, how we've missed her!
In even more exciting news, She Is Coming is only the first of three planned EPs to come from Cyrus, who intends to drop She Is Here this summer and She Is Everything by year's end. The trio will be part of a collective titled She Is: Miley Cyrus.
