Everybody remain calm: extra chocolate-y M&M's are hitting stores in the very near future. The delicious candy brand made the exciting announcement on Instagram on Wednesday (July 21), sharing a photo of Fudge Brownie M&M's. "We've been working on something delicious...trust us, it'll be worth the wait," the post was captioned.

So, when can M&M's fans expect to see the new flavor in stores? There's no set date yet, but M&M's hinted the launch will be sooner rather than later. According to one comment on their Instagram account, Fudge Brownie M&M's will be available by fall "or sooner," so keep those fingers crossed for sooner...whenever that may be.

While it'll be a while before we get to try the new M&M's, Instagram account @JunkFoodLeaks was able to get their hands on a bag of Fudge Brownie M&M's. According to their taste test, these M&M's are worth the wait.

"These M&M's are larger in size, and resemble that of a peanut m&m, just rounder. The immediate in-mouth taste is certainly a normal m&m, but allowing them to melt a bit and moving them around in your mouth is the key to the experience," @JunkFoodLeaks describes.
