'The View' Host Whoopi Goldberg Debuts New Dramatic Hairstyle!

Whoopi Goldberg shocked her co-hosts and fans when she walked onto The View set on Wednesday (September 18th) as her originally dark brown dreadlocks were transformed into a stark white look.

Co-Host Joy Behr couldn’t contain herself and said she “had to know about his hair.” Goldberg explained that she’s currently starring in Stephen King’s The Stand where she plays a woman who is 108-years-old. 

Goldberg, who plays Mother Abigail, got several compliments from fans who loved the new look with one fan tweeting, "It was A MOMENT! I'm glad you explained your new hair color. I really got a kick out of their reaction when you came out...like "what in the world did she do?!"...whew! Love you Whoopi."
