Jessica Simpson looks absolutely phenomenal!
On Tuesday (September 24), the singer turned business mogul revealed her post-baby body, showing her whopping 100-pound weight loss since welcoming her third child, daughter Birdie Mae, in March. "6 months. 100 pounds down (Yes, I tipped the scales at 240 π)," the proud mom captioned an Instagram series that featured two shots of her in a black dress that accentuated her slim waist.
"My first trip away from #BIRDIEMAE and emotional for many reasons, but so proud to feel like myself again," she continued. "Even when it felt impossible, I chose to work harder. π"
So, how did Jess do accomplish such a major feat? Well, with the help of celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak. "Beyond proud of this incredible woman. Been working together for over 12 years and sheβs always the most warm, sweet, polite, and respectful person in the world," Harley shared on Instagram Tuesday. "And on top of it all, after being nonstop pregnant for as long as I can remember, sheβs down 100 pounds and looks younger today than she was when we met. Shout out to the awesome@sydneyliebes#fitclients#jessicasimpson."
As fans know, Jessica and her husband Eric Johnson welcomed their third child back in March. Their baby girl joined the couple's two oldest children, daughter Maxwell Drew and son Ace Knute. Back in July, she told People that she was slowly but surely getting back to her post-baby self, telling the mag that she was "working really hard" at the moment. "Itβs not easy at all, but I am determined to feel good. I have been doing a lot of walking β getting my steps in not only burns calories but it also helps me clear my head and get focused," Jessica said.
