Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello To Perform 'Senorita' At 2019 AMAs

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are set to perform at the 2019 American Music Awards.

The musicians are the latest musical guests announced to hit the stage at the annual awards ceremony, taking place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California, on Sunday (November 24).

According to Entertainment Tonight, Cabello and Mendes will deliver their smash hit “Senorita” at the ceremony alongside fellow acts like Halsey, Billie Eilish, Lizzo, the Jonas Brothers, Dua Lipa, and more. Additionally, Selena Gomez will also be returning to the stage to perform her first-ever live television set in two years, and Taylor Swift is scheduled to perform a ground-breaking presentation as this year's Artist of the Decade recipient.

Mendes and Cabello’s sexy team-up, which arrived in June, is nominated for this year’s Collaboration of the Year AMA against the likes of Post Malone and Swae Lee’s “Sunflower” and Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus’ “Old Town Road.” Mendes also received a nod for Favorite Social Artist alongside Ariana Grande and BTS.

Much like their 2015 hit “I Know What You Did Last Summer,” “Senorita” is becoming one of the hottest anthems to release this year. The duet even garnered the lovebirds a 2020 Grammy nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. “Nominated for a Grammy with my favorite person !!!!!!!! @shawnmendes EEEEEEEPPP!!!!!! congrats to all our friends who got nominated too 💕💕💕,” Cabello celebrated on Instagram after learning of their nomination this week.

The American Music Awards air live 8 p.m. EST on Sunday (November 24).
