< br />A classic Joe Biden moment (err, gaffe) from 2017 re-surfaced over the weekend, and it's...interesting. Speaking to a group of children, the current 2020 contender said that when he used to work as a lifeguard, kids would run their hands up and down his hairy legs...definitely a visual NONE of us need.
