Olsen Twins Reappear In Bizarre Video Wishing Fan Happy Birthday

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were everywhere in the '90s, from Full House to their direct-to-VHS movies. Later, they became moguls with a production company and a fashion line. Lately though, we haven't seen too much of them, mostly because they don't take part in any social media. This week, however, they were in a new video on Instagram, wishing actress Ashley Benson a happy birthday, even though they've never met her. Apparently, Ashley is an Olsen twins fan, posting the strange video on her IG with the caption, "Dreams do come true."

Dream is a good word because the clip is pretty surreal. It starts with the twins saying "Happy birthday, Ashley" in unison, followed by Ashley stating, "I hope this year is one of the best ones yet. Sending you lots of love." Mary-Kate chimes in with, "So magical and can't wait to meet you soon."

It's been seven years since Ashley last appeared on TV or in a movie, and nine since Mary-Kate did. It doesn't look like they'll be in anything any time soon, and if you're hoping to at least see more of them on social media, because of how the Internet reacted to this one video, it's pretty unlikely they'll feel encouraged to join.
