Schitt's Creek is just a few weeks away from kicking off its final season and the folks behind the Pop TV series want to make sure you know that that Rose family is going out on a joyous note, alongside their Creek neighbors.
Earlier this week, social media lit up with a photo of a larger-than-life advertisement for Season 6 of the comedy and it features co-creator Dan Levy and his co-star Noah Reid kissing one another on what is presumed their big wedding day. "F*ck yes we did. Shine bright, friends," Levy captioned the shot of the streetside billboard. "Very grateful for @poptv and @cbc and their support on this campaign that my teenage self would never have dreamed to be true."
Interested in seeing David and Patrick's smooth in the flesh? Schitt's Creek's official Twitter account offered up the exact Los Angeles address for the advertisement. It can be seen at 7677 Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. "If you want to grab a selfie (and send it our way!)" the account added.
During our recent interview with Pop TV President Brad Schwartz, the head honcho suggested that fans join in on the movement and watch the series in real time instead of waiting for it to be uploaded onto Netflix in mid-2020. " Pop TV is in 70 million homes. We actually have more subscribers than Netflix," he said. "In prior seasons you could kind of watch it at your leisure. But this final season, there's going to be spoilers and there's going to be [the question] like, 'Does Gilligan get off the island?' You're not going to want to wait six months for that. Come join us. Come join us for the ride."
Schitt's Creek returns to Pop TV on January 7.
