Wendy Williams appeared to have an on-air slip while filming her popular segment "Hot Topics."
On Friday's (January 17) live episode of The Wendy Williams Show, the 55-year-old talk show host was talking about Odell Beckham’s butt-slapping incident when what sounded like a fart was heard on her mic. The alleged muffled flatulence can be heard around the 9-minute mark after she pauses for a moment.
Twitter, obviously, could not get enough of Wendy's "real hot topic," with many sharing their opinions of it on social media.
See the Twitter reactions to Wendy's alleged on-air fart below.

Wendy's alleged farting mishap came just days after over 63,000 people signed a petition to "Get Wendy Williams Fired" after she mocked Joker star Joaquin Phoenix's facial scar.
During the "Hot Topic" segment of her talk show on January 7, Wendy said she found Joaquin "oddly attractive," adding that she even liked the actor's facial scar. “When he shaves off his mustache he’s got a hairline fracture. He’s got one of those — what do you call it? Cleft lip, cleft palate,” the 55-year-old talk show said as she pulled her lip up with her finger to mock the condition.
Wendy issued an apology for her comments on Twitter Wednesday (January 15), writing directly to Adam Bighill, who was born with a cleft lip and palate, has a son, Beau, who was also born with the condition, and was one of the first to call Wendy out for her comments. "@Bighill44 We’re thinking about Beau today as he is in surgery," she began. "I want to apologize to the cleft community and in Beau’s honor, our show is donating to @operationsmile and @AmerCleftPalate and encourage our Wendy Watchers to learn more and help support the cleft community."
