Rage Against The Machine Adds More Dates To 2020 Reunion Tour

In November 2019, Rage Against the Machine announced it would be reuniting and to kick off 2020, the band announced a 40-date world tour. On Tuesday (February 24) RATM announced even more dates due to fan demand.
Rage has added two more shows at New York City's legendary Madison Square Garden for a total of five shows there. Plus, the band will hit up Glendale, Arizona on April 1 and East Troy, Wisconsin on July 11.
Being the band's first tour in nine years, Rage is trying to stop scalpers who inflate the price of tickets and make it hard for real fans to grab great seats. "We want to do everything we can to protect our fans from predatory scalping and, at the same time, raise a substantial amount of money for charities and activist organizations we support in each city, ” the band previously said in a statement.
To combat scalpers, Rage is withholding 10 percent of the seating in each venue to resell them at a price between face value and scalper prices. The proceeds will be donated to local charities in each city the band visits on tour.
Rage Against the Machine was also recently announced as one of the headliners for this year's Coachella. If you don't feel like going to the desert to see the band, Rage will also be playing a multitude of other festivals including Ottawa Bluesfest, Lollapalooza Berlin, Boston Calling, Reading and Leeds, and Firefly.
