On Saturday (April 18), dozens of celebrities and artists teamed up for One World: Together at Home. This special event, which aims to support frontline healthcare workers and helping those of us most remain home remain positive during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, is a collaboration between the World Health Organization and Global Citizen. Since we can't gather together for concerts and other live musical events for the foreseeable future, Global Citizen and WHO brought the music to us through our televisions and computers instead.

Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes were just two of the many artists who participated in this wonderful event—pun intended. The pair performed a gorgeous cover of the classic Louis Armstrong song 'What a Wonderful World.' The pair sat together at a piano with candles lit around them for their moving performance. Shawn played the piano while they sang the emotional lyrics.

The adorable couple have been quarantining together in Miami for the past month. They've been spotted out and about on walks around their neighborhood. Getting out in the sun for nice strolls isn't the only thing Shawn and Camila have been up to lately, though. In addition to performing 'What a Wonderful World' during One World: Together at Home, this dynamic duo teamed up for another epic duet. They sang Camila's catchy hit 'My Oh My' as part of the iHeartRadio Living Room Concert for America. Before getting to the music, they shared a similar message as they did tonight for all the healthcare workers help battling COVID-19: "We also want to say thank you so much to all of the incredible brave nurses and doctors out there, working so hard every day. We're thinking about you so much. Thank you for everything you're doing."

Shawn and Camila have both been using their social media recently to share positive words and encouragement with their many followers during this strange and difficult time. "To all the people on the front lines, from all the first responders, to doctors and nurses saving people’s lives in the hospital and at the same time risking their own lives to do so, to police and Social workers and food delivery and grocery store employees, THANK YOU for your bravery we are all eternally grateful for you," Camila wrote on Instagram on March 29.

Shawn also encouraged those of us who are staying home and following social distancing to care for themselves, as well. "Please stay safe and make sure to look out for each other and for yourselves. It’s so important to stay in a healthy mindset through all of this. Give yourself the patience and love you deserve," he wrote on Instagram on March 19.

Though life feels scary and uncertain right now, it's a nice feeling to see so many of us come together for a special, unifying event like One World: Together at Home.
