Billie Joe Armstrong has been giving us something to look forward to every week with his "No Fun Mondays" quarantine series, and for his latest installment the Green Day frontman honored the late Fountains of Wayne singer Adam Schlesinger by covering "That Thing You Do!," the theme song from the 1995 film of the same name.

"Another week, another No Fun Mondays," he wrote in the song's YouTube description. "Today’s song is a tribute to the late Adam Schlesinger and the incredible music he wrote including this one, 'That Thing You Do.'"

Armstrong unveiled his first cover, a timely rendition of Tommy James & The Shondells' 1967 hit "I Think I'm Alone Now," a couple weeks ago. "I figure if we have to spend this time in isolation at least we can be alone together," he said at the time. That was followed by a cover of Johnny Thunders' 1978 track "You Can't Put Your Arms Around A Memory," and most recently a rendition of The Bangles' "Manic Monday," where he was joined by the band's singer/guitarist Susanna Hoffs.
