Last week, X Ambassadors revealed they were working on new music in quarantine, and now we're getting a taste of what they've been writing.
On Monday (April 27), the band shared a video of Sam Harris playing the keyboard and singing a soulful song. "Have had this chorus sitting around for a while now," he revealed in the caption. Drummer Adam Levin is going live on YouTube today (April 28) to work on some music, including the new tune.
Catch Levin's livestream at 5pm PST / 8pm EST, and check out the song teaser below.
The band recently revealed that it'd like to host some livestreams as we all continue to hunker down at home. "we’re thinking of different ways (when we’re finally all able to be in the same room again) to put on shows for you again via the internet," they wrote on Instagram. "The internet is cool and sometimes hard to figure out and sometimes makes you sad but mostly it’s cool. And the internet is currently our only way of connecting with you all, so we’re gonna make the best of it. Keep your spirits up, we’ll be making some new music for you / releasing some stuff soon / putting on live streams whenever we can. Love all of y’all, stay safe. Hopefully starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel here ❤️"
