McDonald's Revealed Their New Summer Slushie Flavor

Seasonal beverages on fast food chain menus are always a hit. From the Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks in the fall to grabbing a Shamrock Shake from McDonald's in March, there's just something exciting about something you can't get all year round. While the Shamrock Shakes are long gone from McDonald's menus this year, the burger chain is introducing a new summer slushie flavor this year and it sounds deliciously refreshing.

In addition to the classic fruit punch and blue raspberry slushie flavors, McDonald's paired up with Minute Maid to offer a new pink lemonade flavor. Like the best lemonade, this slushie will give you something sweet yet tart to sip on during hot summer days.

If you're looking to pair this new slushie flavor with something to eat, McDonald's says "this sweet, blended pink lemonade slushie goes great with a cheeseburger or our World Famous Fries." Or, you know, a cheeseburger and fries.

Availability for this item will vary on location. As the pandemic continues, McDonald's is adjusting menus to sell the most popular items in an effort to keep things running smoothly and keep employees safe.
