Kane Brown Says His Baby Kingsley Is 'Gonna Be A Baller’ In Cute New Video

Kane Brown and his wife, Katelyn, welcomed their baby girl, Kingsley in October 2019. Now, months later, Kingsley is already starting to explore sports.

Over the weekend, on Saturday (June 6), turned to social media to share a video of himself holding Kingsley and dribbling a basketball. At one point in the clip Kingsley makes a sweet attempt herself to dribble the ball like her dad.

"Found out my baby loves basketball," Brown captioned the clip on Instagram. On Twitter he added, "She's gonna be a baller, you saw how she was tryin to dribble."

Brown has been spending a lot of time with his 7-month-old daughter since he's been home due to the coronavirus pandemic. The 'Homesick" singer says that quarantine for him has been both a blessing and a curse. "The blessing for me is just getting to see everything that she does," Brown says of Kingsley. "I'm not missing one second."

When he's not spending time with the family, Brown is working on new music for fans. Just last week, Brown shared a new song advocating for equality and peace called "Worldwide Beautiful."

The song was released on Thursday morning (June 4) as protests against systemic racism around the country continued. At the time, Brown said he hopes "it [the song] will bring us together during this time."

Ahead of the release of "Worldwide Beautiful," Brown spoke out about the ongoing protests, emphasizing the importance of unity.

"We will never see peace in this world until we ALL see each other as PEOPLE," his statement says. "We will never understand each other when you have people on 2 different sides. We have to become 1 to be at peace."
