Stassi Schroeder is pregnant and expecting her first child with her fiance, Beau Clark, Us Weekly has confirmed.
The Vanderpump Rules alum and her 40-year-old husband-to-be were spotted picking up food in Los Angeles on Friday (June 12), and it was in those images that paps caught the 31-year-old reality star concealing her baby bump under a long cardigan. The exciting news comes four days after Schroeder was terminated from the Bravo show following her involvement in a racism scandal with former Vanderpump Rules cast member Faith Stowers.
Bravo and Schroeder, who was on the show for eight seasons, severed ties in light of her past racially insensitive remarks, which resurfaced after Stowers revealed Schroeder and Kristen Doute falsely reported her to the police for a crime she didn’t commit in 2018.
Schroeder addressed the situation last weekend via Instagram. “Racially insensitive comments from my past have resurfaced,” she wrote at the time. “I am grateful for the people in my life that continue to check me and push me to evolve into a more educated person. … What I did to Faith was wrong. I apologize and I do not expect forgiveness.”
According to Us, Clark has been sticking by his wife-to-be’s side throughout the unfortunate situation. “Beau has been being her rock throughout all of this and she’s been grateful to have his support,” an insider told the outlet. “Stassi and her family are truly devastated about everything going on, and Stassi does feel like she has lost everything she worked so hard for.”
Schroeder and Clark have been engaged since July 2019 and were intended to marry in a special broadcast of Vanderpump Rules before Schroeder was cut from the show. Additionally, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the lovebirds are looking to tie the knot in Rome in October 2021.
