An argument in a Donelson Wendy's drive-thru ended with an arrest early Tuesday morning after a women pulled out a BB gun on another driver.
According to WKRN, an arrest warrant alleges 21-year-old Britney Polzin was in the drive-thru live at the Donelson Pike Wendy's near Nashville International Airport when she and another passenger in the vehicle got into an argument with a man in the car behind them.
Both vehicles pulled into a nearby parking lot, the warrant says, and then Polzin exited with a BB gun, pointing it at the other driver. Police said the driver then grabbed the gun and drove off, dragging Polzin with him.
Polzin reportedly fired three shots into the man's chest while holding onto the car, according to the arrest warrant. Police said she received minor road rash injuries to her legs and upper thighs after she was dragged to the area of Royal Parkway. It was unclear if the driver was hit by any of the shots Polzin fired.
WKRN reports Polzin was booked into the Metro jail on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon but that she could ultimately face more charges as well. Her bond was set at $2,500.
