Here's why the Weeknd was Covered in Bandages at the AMAs

Last night The Weeknd won and performed at the American Music Awards.

When he went up to receive his award his face was wrapped in bandages.

The reason he had his face wrapped up was because it was part of an anti drunk-driving message.

He has been promoting the message in his new music.
