A homeless man was reportedly arrested for breaking into the Brookline, Massachusetts mansion owned by former New England Patriots and current Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady and his wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen.

Zanini Cineus, 34, was charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, attempted larceny and trespassing, according to the Brookline Police Department's Facebook page.

The couple moved out of the mansion after Brady joined the Buccaneers this past summer, but still owns the property, according to Boston 25 News. The Brookline Police Department received a call about a reported break-in in the 100 block of Woodland Road at 5:55 a.m.

The department's public safety dispatchers said multiple alarms were activated and responding units monitored a subject, later identified as Cineus, on camera. Upon arrival at the scene, officers were told by dispatch that the man was sitting on a couch in the basement of the mansion.

Responding units were given the access code to the home and immediately went to the basement, where Cineus was located laying on the couch in the middle of the room. Cineus had several active warrants out of Wrentham District Court stemming from incidents that occurred in Foxboro, Massachusetts in late 2019 at the time of his arrest, according to the Brookline Police Department.

No additional details were available as of Monday (December 7) morning.
