Authorities ID Man Killed In Jefferson Park Shooting

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Authorities today identified a man who was shot to death in Jefferson Park, and the killer remained at large.

The shooting occurred at 10:50 p.m. Sunday in the 3000 block of Ninth Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Nabor Galvez, 24, of Los Angeles, died at the scene, according to the coroner's office and the LAPD.

Investigators said the suspect fled in a vehicle.
