Did Garth Brooks Get Hair Plugs For The Inauguration?

Garth Brooks gave a beautiful a cappella performance of "Amazing Grace" during Joe Biden's inauguration yesterday but that's not what had everyone talking. When Garth removed his cowboy hat, he had a visibly fuller head of hair. Beautiful dark hair just blowing in the wind. Twitter instantly had a field day.... Many say Garth had a hair transplant while others claim it's just hair dye making his hair look fuller. Regardless... I think it looks great!
