This Is Utah's Most Romantic Restaurant

Valentine's Day is this weekend, and things will definitely be looking different in the midst of the pandemic.

Luckily, restaurants have been incorporating standards, such as requiring face coverings, social distancing, and capacity limitations, to meet COVID-19 safety guidelines.

So what restaurant should you choose to take your significant other on this year's day of love?

Eat This, Not That! compared reviews, had conversations with locals, and looked back at the site's travels to determine which restaurant in each state is the most romantic.

According to the site, the most romantic restaurant in Utah is The Nelson Cottage by High West in Park City.

This eatery offers "a prix-fixe menu created weekly" by the restaurant's chef. This week's menu offers milk rolls, hot and cold oysters, heirloom carrots, Yukon gold pommes purée, Chinese long beans, 5-spice squab, Niman Ranch beef braciole, and dark chocolate coffee panna cotta.

The dinner comes with an optional whiskey pairing that complements each course. There is also an "ever-changing wine list" that is available by the glass or bottle.
