Machine Gun Kelly Shows Off Necklace Containing Megan Fox's Blood

In terms of love and commitment, Megan Fox really is Machine Gun Kelly’s bloody valentine.

The rap-rocker expressed as much on Sunday (February 14) when he revealed he literally wears the Transformers actress’ blood as not only an accessory but a token of his love. “I wear your blood around my neck 🔪” MGK wrote with a series of snapshots in a Valentine’s Day tribute post on Instagram, including photos of the couple posing together and one showing the necklace pendant that apparently contains a swirl of Fox’s blood at its core.

Call it bizarre, but MGK isn’t the first star to wear his lady love’s blood. Pop culture buffs may recall Billy Bob Thorton and Angelina Jolie infamously doing the same during their short-lived marriage in the early ‘00s.

This isn’t the first time the couple has made headlines for their jewelry.

Just weeks ago, Fox was spotted in New York City wearing what many speculated was an engagement ring, presumably from her boyfriend of less than a year. Obviously, that wasn’t the case: the 34-year-old actress hushed those rumors with a close-up photo of the apparent engagement ring in question.

Despite deflated reports of an engagement, the couple has been very happy together since they confirmed their romance in Summer 2020.

"They are very serious and plan on spending the future together. There will be an engagement at some point, but they are not engaged now," a source told PEOPLE, noting that Fox is looking to finalize her divorce from Brian Austin Green. "Megan needs her divorce to be finalized before she can fully move on. She is very happy though.”
