Teacher Makes Student Unclog Toilet With Hands

An Arkansas teacher is accused of making a student unclog a toilet with his bare hands. Local reports out of North Little Rock say the five-year-old child told his mother his teacher at Crystal Hill Elementary was upset that he had used too much toilet paper. Officials with the Pulaski County Special School District say the teacher has been placed on administrative leave while they investigate the allegation.
