It's Official: Billie Eilish Has Gone Platinum Blonde

Billie Eilish is embracing a new era with a new hair color.

After sporting her signature green and black look for the past few years, the recent Record of the Year Grammy winner, 19, has unveiled her new platinum blonde color in a dramatic fashion. On Wednesday afternoon (March 17), Eilish took to Instagram to share footage of her offering a hair flip for her 77.7 million followers in what look like a rehearsal stage. "Did you guess correctly?" she captioned the clip, before sharing another look at the new do in a follow-up post. "Pinch me," she wrote in the caption to the head shot. After the photo was shared, it was deemed the fastest photo to surpass the one million likes benchmark in just six minutes.

She previously teased that the release of her doc, Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry, and accompanying hair makeover would mark the "end of an era." "I'm gonna give you a new era. I have announcements to make, I got some sh*t to put out,” she previously said via Instagram Story. As you know, Eilish has rocked all kinds of colors, including ice grey, navy blue and black.
