4/20 Events & Celebrations Happening In Denver

This Tuesday, April 20, 2021, Denver will be the Mile High City for more than just its elevation.

4/20 is a big day for marijuana connoisseurs everywhere. But the unofficial cannabis holiday is especially big in the state of Colorado which legalized recreational marijuana back in November of 2012.

The Centennial State, along with Washington, was the first state to make the recreational use of marijuana legal.

Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the cancellation of the signature FlyHi 420 Festival at Civic Center Park, there are countless in-person and online events happening throughout the city.
