LSU's JuVaughn Harrison Tapped For U.S. Olympic Track & Field

An LSU Tiger is headed to Tokyo.

The university announced that 22-year-old JuVaughn Harrison was selected to compete in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics on the U.S. Olympic track and field team.

Harrison earned his spot following his high jump during Sunday's U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials in Eugene, Oregon.

He is on track to become the first American athlete to compete in both events in the Olympics since 1912.
