San Diego Woman’s Incredible Backflip-Split First Pitch Goes Viral

Demi Bagby, a local crossfit athlete and body builder, pulled off what is probably the most impressive “first pitch” in MLB history.

The 20-year-old threw out the first pitch at the Padres vs. Rockies game on Friday. She did a perfect backflip and then did the splits, all before tossing the pitch toward the plate.
