During a recent interview, The Weeknd revealed the artists who have inspired his upcoming album.

The "Blinding Lights" artists played a mix of songs that influenced his "new dawn era" including Britney Spears’ ‘Everytime’ and ‘Toxic’ from her album, In The Zone.

Abel also played music from Nas, Kanye West and Tyler the Creator to name a few.

The Weeknd also shared that he is almost finished with his new album.
