Hundreds of viral videos on social media say they show the chaos and violence currently unfolding in Afghanistan, but one of them is an outright lie.
One blurry video shows hundreds of people running towards a building and pushing their way through.
"Surreal footage from Kabul airport as soon as it opened this morning - Afghanistan," wrote the Twitter account @Conflict_Zones on Monday.
"Where is the UN. The superpowers. Why aren’t all nations coming together to help them. This is so sad," wrote another user and shared the video with hashtags like #kabulairport.

The video has since been shared hundreds of times and re-uploaded to other social media sites.
However, the original video wasn't even taken in Afghanistan or filmed this year.
Instead it shows people running into Arlington’s AT&T Stadium on January 5, 2019, for a playoff game between the Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks.
The original video was first shared by Cowboys beat writer Jon Machota of The Athletic. It also clearly shows people wearing Cowboys jerseys and a team merch store near the doors.

On the same date, the Dallas Morning News also published a similar video but from different angles.
