Atlanta Fans Can Experience 'Downton Abbey: The Exhibition' Close To Home

Fans of “Downton Abbey” can experience the history, the fashion and the house in Atlanta.

Downton Abbey: The Exhibition is opening Saturday (September 25). it’s welcome to fans of all ages, and those 14 and under can visit for free when accompanied by an adult. Based on the hit series, the exhibit “transports you to post-Edwardian England, where the characters and the iconic house come to life. You’ll be immersed in the fascinating social history, culture, and some of the most memorable moments from the show’s six-season run.”

The exhibit is coming to Perimeter Pointe, located near Perimeter Mall in Sandy Springs, at 1155 Mount Vernon Hwy NE in Atlanta. Downton Abbey: The Exhibition notes that “there is ample free parking available,” and the exhibit is near the Sandy Springs MARTA stop. Organizers also ask visitors to adhere to health and safety guidelines: “Downton Abbey: The Exhibition is committed to the health and safety of our staff and visitors. Staff and visitors are required to follow all local and state guidelines regarding Covid-19. Currently, all staff and attendees are required to wear masks inside the venue.”
