In order to determine every state's candy of choice, they gathered 14 years of data and created a map of 2021's most popular Halloween candy by state.

According to CandyStore.com, California's most popular Halloween candy is Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.

California's second and third most popular Halloween candies were Skittles and M&M's respectively.

Overall, Reese's Cups were the No. 1 Halloween candy in America according to CandyStore's study.
