Former Northwood Elementary School Principal Kirk Ashton is Out of Jail.

Former Northwood Elementary School Principal Kirk Ashton is now out of jail.

Ashton posted 100-thousand dollars cash bail last night.

He's awaiting trial on charges he molested more than two dozen boys at school.

Ashton has been in jail since April. He resigned as principal last month.

He and the district are named in lawsuits being brought by families of some of the victims.
