Officer Dies In Dominican Republic After Brazilian Butt Lift From Fake Doc

Captain Tandra Bowser-Williams, a corrections officer at Rikers Island, died from a massive stroke after getting a Brazilian butt lift from a fake doctor. Hector Cabral was indicted in 2011 by the New York Attorney General on 10 counts of operating without a medical license, fraud, and conspiracy. Cabral’s clinic in the Dominican Republic reportedly paid for Williams’ travel to the clinic and then for her embalmment.
