Phoebe Bridgers Shows Her Love For Bruce Springsteen With Live Cover

If you're an artist performing in Asbury Park, New Jersey, it's an unwritten rule that you have to cover a Bruce Springsteen song. (If you're lucky, the Boss himself might even come out to help.) During Phoebe Bridgers' set at The Stone Pony, she paid tribute with a cover of her current favorite Springsteen song, "Stolen Car" (though she admitted it was more in the style of Patty Griffin's version). This isn't the first time Bridgers has covered Springsteen in Asbury Park. During a 2018 concert at Asbury Lanes she put her spin on “I’m on Fire.”
