Kylie Jenner Faces Backlash After Taking 17-Minute Private Jet Flight

Kylie Jenner is facing some serious backlash on social media after boasting about her and boyfriend Travis Scott's private jets. Over the weekend, Kylie posted a black and white photo of the two of them walking toward their private jets with the caption, "You wanna take mine or yours?"

According to Page Six, the Twitter account @CelebJets, which tracks celebrities' jet activity, posted Jenner's plane route after she flew from Camarillo, California to Van Nuys, California, estimating that the trip would take just three minutes instead of a 45-minute drive. The Twitter account later confirmed the total flight time ended up being 17 minutes.

As a result, social media users took to their accounts to slam the Kylie Cosmetics founder across Twitter and Instagram, calling her a "full-time climate criminal." One Twitter user referenced the reality star's recent boasting on Instagram, writing "Can’t wait to see Kylie Jenner post environmental awareness pics on her stories as if she isn’t single-handedly doing more damage to the environment than most of us with her 3 min flights."

Kylie's post also received angry comments with one person writing, "Whos[e] plane should we [use to] pollute the earth today?” The Kardashians star has previously found herself in this situation. Back in 2019, she was under fire for picking up her sister Kendall Jenner for dinner in her private jet.
