Mother Pregnant With Her Son's Own Child

A 56-year-old woman from Utah is expecting her own grandchild.

Nancy Hauck is pregnant with her son's child after she became the surrogate for her 32-year-old son and his 30-year-old wife. The wife has had trouble becoming pregnant so the mother-in-law stepped in to help.

Hauck told a news outlet, "I never planned for it, but I am so glad I chose to carry my son's baby."

"I just suddenly had a feeling a few months after that I should offer to do it," she added. "I told my son, and he teared up and was socked. I hadn't even told my husband at that point. But He was really supportive."
