Trippie Redd's personal life has gotten better in recent years, but at one point in time he found it extremely difficult to find someone to love.

During his appearance on Big Boy's Neighborhood, the Ohio native opened up about his experience in the dating pool. After Big Boy asked if it's hard to find love these days, Trippie Redd explained why he believes the process has gotten "harder."

"It's definitely like harder," he said, "because it's like I'm too much of a big entity so people try to get over. I have to look through somebody's soul and find somebody genuine as f**k.

The topic was revisited recently after the 10K Projects rapper delivered a two-track EP called First Draft. The brief project contains guitar-laced tracks "Save Me, Please" and "1st Degree Murder." Both songs contain plenty of emotional lyrics that people can relate to whether they're in a relationship or not. The pair of songs arrived a month after he dropped his collaboration with Offset and Moneybagg Yo, "Big 14."

After the interview, Trippie Redd eventually did find someone genuine. He's been dating artist Skye Morales since last year. They even dropped a song together called "Me, Myself & You" earlier this year. Listen to Trippie Redd's conversation with Big Boy at the 40:44 mark above.
