If you live in or near San Francisco and have a pup, you might want to head over to this new spot that just opened up!

Dogue (rhymes with vogue) recently opened last month in the Mission District area and it's a restaurant exclusively fit for a man's best friend. Just for $75/dog, your pup can enjoy a multiple-course "bone appetite" meal, which includes dishes like chicken skin waffles and filet mignon steak tartare with quail egg. They are about to be on cloud nine with this treatment! And wait the meal also comes with a mimosa and a baked treat for the pups owner! So cute🥺♥

Owner Rahmi Massarweh, who is a dog owner and trained chef, ended up leaving his stressful job at a fine dining restaurant to create this fine pup restaurant. Now Massarweh has received some negative comments about the price point for the "bone appetite" meals but he said that he's also has gotten praise and support from customers who love the option of pampering their pups.

“I wanted to celebrate him. He is so special to me. He’s my four-legged child and this is the perfect place to do a really nice celebration,” Gledy Espinoza said, as her 11-year-old miniature dachshund Mason enjoyed a bowl of mushroom soup with slices of chicken breast. “We’re foodies. I guess he is too, now.”

According to KTLA 5, Massarweh spends hours cooking and prepping for the services and said that the ingredients he uses are not cheap. His goal for Dogue is to "raise awareness about feeding your dogs fresh, healthy, natural ingredients" which are way easier on your dogs stomach than the mass produced dog food at the store.
