The hit reality show "Love Is Blind" is nearing the end of its third season leaving many in Texas wondering exactly where to find a certain bridge. Two of the show's contestants in the show went to a bridge in Irving during episode eight to place a lock.
WFAA reported that the bridge is on Carolyn Promenade Lake near Las Colinas Blvd. But there's another love lock bridge located on the Santa Fe Trestle Trail in East Oak Cliff.
The bridge in Irving have locks toward the top, while the locks in Dallas are placed on the bottom of the bridge.
The tradition of the love lock bridges was started in Hungary after a woman lost her lover in World War I. The tradition has been made most popular by the Pont des Arts in Paris, which has thousands of padlocks attached to the bridge.
It might not be where you think it is since there are two! https://t.co/ExJiEOJV8k
