TCU QB Max Duggan Declares For NFL Draft

TCU quarterback Max Duggan is declaring for the NFL Draft. Duggan led the Horned Frogs to the College Football Playoff this season. The signal caller has thrown for three-thousand-321 yards, 30 touchdowns, and four interceptions this season. The Big 12 Player of the Year will lead TCU against Michigan in the Fiesta Bowl on December 31st.
