Jimmie Allen's Pregnant Wife Reveals Baby's Gender Amid The Couple's Split

Alexis Gale shared that she’s pregnant with a baby boy as she celebrated Mother’s Day on Sunday (May 14), amid her ongoing divorce from country artist Jimmie Allen. Gale shared a sonogram image of “my baby boy,” on her since-removed Instagram story.

Allen and Gale announced in a statement shared to their social media channels last month that they decided to separate as they were welcoming another child. They filed for divorce about a week later, reportedly citing “irreconcilable differences,” and shortly after that, the singer faced a lawsuit. Allen and Gale, who are ending the relationship after nearly two years of marriage, are parents to daughters Naomi Bettie, born in March 2020, and Zara James, born in October 2021. Allen is also father to son Aadyn, 8, from a previous relationship.

“After much thought and reflection in recent months, Lex & I have made the decision to separate,” Allen said in a statement he posted on Instagram on April 21. “As we navigate the life change, we can also share that we will be welcoming another child together later this year. Our number one priority is and always will be ensuring that our children are healthy, happy and loved, and we remain committed to co-parenting with love and respect for one another. In light (of) our growing family, we respectfully request privacy during this time.”
