Joe Jonas is over being "sad" following his highly-publicized divorce from Sophie Turner last year and is seemingly channeling his emotions through song by teasing new music.

The Jonas Brother took to his TikTok on Wednesday (May 29) to share a clip of him out in the country and singing along to an upbeat track with lyrics about being "so miserable" and people wanting him to cheer up, captioning the teaser "even baddies get saddies."

"Come on, Joe, you got so much more to be grateful for/ Stop being sad, 'cause you're making the room uncomfortable. OK, I get it, right now, you're feeling so miserable/ Sometimes I wish I had powers to be invisible," he sings. "Even baddies get saddies and that's the hardest truth. Call your mommy and daddy, they don't know what to do."

This is the first time Jonas has hinted at new music since splitting from Turner after four years of marriage and two children together, per Entertainment Tonight. Jonas filed for divorce from the Game of Thrones star in September 2023, with the exes later releasing a joint statement addressing how they "mutually decided to amicably end our marriage" while asking for privacy for themselves and their two daughters, 4-year-old Willa and 1-year-old Delphine.

Turner has also recently spoken out about how the divorce affected her, specifically referencing the "worst days of my life" when rumors circulated online that she was partying while Jonas stayed at home with their children, adding, "It hurt because I really do completely torture myself over every move I make as a mother — mum guilt is so real."
