Nicki Minaj just revealed the next phase of her "Pink Friday 2 World Tour" and she's bringing more special guests with her.
On Friday, August 16, the "Everybody" rapper announced new dates for the second U.S. leg of her Gag City tour. Minaj is bringing BIA, Skillibeng and Tyga with her as she travels to 22 major cities across the country. She'll begin in Philadelphia on September 4 and continue to other locations like Washington, D.C., Texas, Ohio, Florida, California and more. The tour's grand finale will take place in her hometown of Queens, N.Y.
"I. AM. SO. EXCITED. AND. GRATEFUL. 🎀" she wrote in her announcement.
"#GagCityReloaded will be a beautiful, magical dream come true," she continued on Instagram. "Better than the 1st half & that wasn’t easy to do. 😐 New looks, set list changes, other secrets, ummmm new music? 😅Lemme think about it."
Tyga and BIA both popped out during the first half of her tour. BIA performed "Whole Lotta Money" during Minaj's tour stop in Boston. The Massachusetts native also joined JT, Katie Got Bandz, Akbar V, and Maliibu Miitch to perform the "Super Freaky Girl (Remix)" live for the first time. Other surprise guests include 50 Cent, Fivio Foreign, Big Sean, Sada Baby, Drake and others. Singer Monica served as her supporting act.
Nicki Minaj spent the majority of 2024 traveling the world for the most extensive tour of her career. The "Pink Friday 2 World Tour" kicked off at the Oakland Arena in March and has rolled through numerous cities in the U.S., Europe and Africa. Minaj reportedly earned over $81.7 million by the end of the first half.
