Friends forever. It's been exactly a year since Matthew Perry passed away, and the late actor's family and friends are remembering him on the first anniversary of his death, including Friends co-star, Jennifer Aniston.

On Instagram, Aniston shared several photos of herself with Perry and their cast-mates, and then of Matthew himself, simply writing in the caption "1 year," along with the heartbreak and dove emojis, also tagging the Matthew Perry Foundation — a non-profit which continues "Matthew's enduring commitment to helping others struggling with the disease of addiction."

Perry, 54, was found dead in the hot tub at his home in Los Angeles exactly a year ago on October 28th, 2023 after suffering the "acute affects of ketamine," according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office.

In a special on the "Today" show, remembering Matthew on the year anniversary of his death, his mother shared that she suspected something was going to happen just before he passed away. She shared, "He went through a period, interestingly enough, just before he died when he was showing me one of his new houses. He came up to me, and he said, 'I love you so much, and I’m so happy to be with you now.' … It was almost as though it was a premonition or something."
