Usher revisits the moment when Justin Bieber decided to sign with the Grammy award-winning singer.

In an interview with The Breakfast Club's DJ Envy, Usher recalled what influenced Bieber's decision to sign with RBMG Records in 2008. The international pop star was just 14 when he landed the record deal with Usher and Scooter Braun's label.

"To be able to help articulate his vision," he said. "Based off my experience, I think that that has something to do with them choosing to go with me. This is only the beginning of his story, and it's been very good, and I plan to do this with other artists."
