The greatest footwear ever is being blamed for a Missouri accident. According to reports back in late February, 60 year old Dale Hamit was driving his 2012 Dodge Ram when he slammed into a Kum & Go. After the accident, he immediately backed up and drove away leaving $3720 worth of damage behind. Dale drove back to the same store in the same truck twice where he spoke with an employee about it and even looked at the security footage with the worker but never told them it was him in the accident. When an officer arrived at the scene and questioned the man, Dale denied being the driver but footage shows differently. He eventually admitted to driving through the store and said that his crocs got stuck on the gas and he freaked out and that's why he fled. He's been charged with leaving the scene of an accident, a felony that could get him 1-4 years if convicted.
